CANCELATION POLICY
To facilitate your arrival, please preapare the original or copy of each guest's passport, balance of the bill must be paid on arrival.
Prices are charged in local currency by cash at the hotel, other currency = oanda converter, credit card +3,5%
At that time of booking we strongly recommend that you take a travel insurance to garanty cancelation, early leave, illness.
More than 30 days before the expected day of arrival : we will charge one night at the normal published rate for each room booked. The reimbursement is done in any currency by PAYPAL after deduction of cancellation fees, of change fees and transfer fees.
Less than 30 days :full booking payement is due and cannot be refunded.
Early leave and no show : All bookings are not refundable if you decide to leave prior to your booked departure date.

- Construction difficulties or noise, weather, the novel or unusual conditions, unexpected power failure. weather, local laws, the novel or unusual conditions
- Lack of travel documents, passports, visas and health certificates, if any, additional expenses due to delays or changes in air or other services, loss of business blogs, alternative accommodation or public transport equipment, the termination, modification fees and rates , cancellation or double booking reservations or tickets, illness, strikes, war, theft, quarantine, currency crisis, the political or social instability, disease, acts of God or any other event beyond our control
